The Nothing Ear (stick) is betting on its distinctive appearance and the reduced complexity that comes from omitting unnecessary components.

To put it simply, less is more. Sometimes less is more. These expressions may not always hold true in real life. At least, that's what people think. The world of electronics works a little differently, and occasionally (only sometimes), there is the temptation to walk away from complication. Exactly what is needed; it has to operate. Perhaps it's meant as a tribute to times gone by. Those more innocent days. Despite their obvious brilliance, true wireless earbuds have become immensely complex in the relatively short time they've been on the market. Perplexing. There had to be a sacrifice.
London-based tech startup Nothing, known for its successful attempt to breathe new life into the otherwise stale smartphone market, is back with a new product: wireless earbuds. We wouldn't be surprised if they did that if they thought it would help them stand out. Their first wireless earbuds, the Ear, have been joined by the Nothing Ear (stick) (1). Also, it's more pricey, coming in at 8,499 (its predecessor was roughly 7,299 at the time).
An unusual throwback in terms of design
Time has passed rapidly. Is it possible to get a satisfactory result from dealing with the eccentric cylinder case? The Ear (stick) is seeking to construct a user experience through minimization. Specifically, the earbud design that formerly relied solely on the shape of the buds themselves to keep them securely in your ears rather than on silicon ear tips is making a comeback. Overall, this style of earphone is becoming increasingly rare.
Beginning today (November 14), a few number of the brand's new TWS earbuds will be available for purchase on the Indian e-commerce site Flipkart under the brand name Nothing Ear (Stick). Nothing Ear (Stick) earphones made their global premiere last month and are already on sale in various areas, including the US, UK and Europe. The unusual Ear (Stick) earbuds will officially go on sale in India from November 17, but select lucky purchasers will be able to order the new Nothing earbuds now. Nothing India's VP and GM Manu Sharma has also announced that customers who already own a Nothing Ear product, such as Phone (1) and Ear (1), will receive a discount of Rs 1,000 on the new Nothing Ear (Stick). The Nothing Ear (Stick) normally retails for Rs 8,499 in India, but thanks to the sale, you can get one for for Rs 7,499.
The Nothing Ear (Stick) is the latest and greatest audio product from the brand, so they say. The earbuds come with a distinctive charging case that mimics a lipstick. The earphones can only be removed from the case by twisting it open. The brand's commitment to being open and honest is reflected in the openness of the product's design. The company makes no claim that more than a hundred sets of ears have been used in the product's testing, nor that the 4.4-ounce weight of each earbud is inflated.
